1. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of being placed.

After this period, your order may already be processed or prepared for shipment and can no longer be canceled.

2. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Not show signs of wear, damage, misuse, or alteration.

Customers are responsible for obtaining proof of return shipment.


3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, or legal reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Gift cards.

  • Downloadable digital products.

  • Items marked as final sale.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
